Compensation & Benefits

BYMC will manage a PNL for your company which will include your income, your team’s income, processing fees, employer taxes, credit reports, monthly technology fee, NMLS fees (one-time fee per sponsorship + branch license fees), and DBA/Trademark fees.
Lead Generation & Marketing

BYMC has a full marketing suite option available to you for a flat monthly fee on your PNL. This gives you access to BYMC’s Marketing Department who can help you create your marketing plan and execute it with ease. We have success stories of building strong brands quickly within any market and we have our marketing team to thank for it. We also have great tools and resources, including training, and a fantastic CRM which helps automate your business and the client experience, including consumer facing video updates throughout the transaction. It is truly like any other! Our Marketing Suite includes a deep dive into your current brand, re-brand options if required, business card design, event flyers as needed, social media prompts & templates, company merch store creation, and so much more!

Our leaders have spent over a decade perfecting our lead systems and are excited to share it with you. Our CRM helps make sure all your leads are nurtured and expectations are exceeded, allowing you to focus on running your business. We are in a relationship business and Epic has the tools to automate your lead generation and build lasting relationships with clients and business partners.

Our only limitations are what the law says! We have a full compliance checklist to make sure you are compliant. We are here to support all ideas and marketing strategies, provided they don’t break any laws.

Our loan products are what you are familiar with from conventional to government loans. We also have some very unique loan products that are available due to the relationships with investors we have built. BYMC is constantly looking for the best products to share with our loan officers and vetting them to make sure you are able to give your clients the best options possible.

BYMC has many programs that will help you in any niche, such as our BYMC Heroes program. This allows us to give amazing service and products to our Service Members. We are always looking to give the best service possible and creating new promotions and products.

You don’t need to be familiar as you’re not here yet! We offer full training and help learning what we offer as a part of our onboarding. You will meet with experts in every area of our team to make sure your onboarding is smooth and seamless, and you’re given all the tools you need to succeed.
Technology & Software

BMYC uses Lending Pad, a technology based system that gives our clients a seamless experience. Yes, you will need to learn the new system and training will be provided. It is extremely user friendly and we know you’ll love it! Our LOS software is also integrated with our CRM (for those who choose our Marketing Suite) which makes your transaction’s marketing efforts & client experience a breeze!

Absolutely! We have many systems and tools that are available on mobile. Lending Pad has a mobile option, along with Bonzo, our CRM. They are both rated top in their fields.
Compliance & Licensing

We will need to confirm your license is active so we can sponsor you in the states you are looking to practice. We also have all your compliance and continuing education covered! Depending on if you have a branch, you may need a branch license. If you have a brand or logo you advertise with (outside of your name), we will need to have your DBA (doing business as) filed in your state. We will help with all of this.

We are in a very heavily regulated field and comply with all federal and state regulations. You don’t have to worry about any of this with either plan you choose! No need to worry about call reports, licensing, financial statements, etc.

Yes, in addition to your continuing education, we also have all of your regular yearly training available (it is required) and can be done virtually at your own pace each year. We also will regularly invite you to trainings as they come up as the industry is changing all the time! It is important to us that everyone in our company is educated so they can provide the best service to the client.

Transition Support & Getting Started

We’ve done this a few times; so we know how important support is during your transition. You’ll be wrapped up in BYMC support (you may get sick of us)- our leadership team will make sure you have everything you need from marketing to compliance to LOS training and everything in between.

Non-Compete & Contractual Obligations

BYMC does not have non compete clauses in our compensation plans. You may need to consult an attorney to review your agreement with your prior company.

Possibly. Please consult with an attorney to review your prior company’s agreement- there may be items in your agreement regarding those items and an attorney can help guide you with those options.
